Exceeds expectations – I didnt know what to expect with ordering this priced of refurbished item. I tried to do my homework but was still a little worried it was going to be a huge disappointment. But I’ve had my chromebook for just about a day now and so far so good. It looked brand new and everything has worked exactly how it should.. I am a huge multitasker and I noticed it start to lag when I had like 12 different tabs going, but that could just be my weak wifi too. I’ve been really impressed overall with this purchase.

Slow but useful – It’s slow, chrome os won’t update the system anymore since June 2022, so don’t expect the latest utilities. However, i use it for youtube, web searches, facebook, WhatsApp, Zoom and remote desktop which is working (MS Office mainly) of course one thing at a time or it will get slow and it has Google Play Store! It’s good to see videos while you make the dinner, or repairing your car and need both hands to work. Battery lasts about 3 hours. Recommended if you do web browsing only and don’t care having a non future proof small touch pc.

Great product but let down by faulty battery – I like Chromebook. Have been using quite a few so far. This one seems well made, very robust, good screen, solid keyboard, good touchscreen. Unfortunately the product is let down by the battery. Battery was initially pretty good, getting around 8h. However, since then the battery has not stopped charging or come to live at all when not using a PSU. Considering this is meant to be a portable product, a battery seem rather important… I have seen other posts claiming similar issues. Dell seems to have a problem with the batteries used. We got a refurbished product, so I won’t be able to get any warranty on the battery, but I would.have expected the battery to work for a least a couple of years on not just for just over 6 months. Would have given 4*, but due to the disastrous battery situation can only give 2*. A laptop without a working betterybis not really a laptop…
