ok but not good or great – The item was well packaged and arrived on time. It looked clean and presentable i.e. no scratches and dents. There were a number of other issues from my perspective. This came with a external wifi adapter. There was no sound, and did not have a blue tooth adapter. I found this out when i called and spoke to tech support. I feel like this should have been described in the description. I know that PC was extremely affordable, which is great, but the buyer has a right to know that some of the basic features are not available. I would have ordered speakers separately and paid more for a product which was more up to date.

Excellent product & better yet Excellent customer service – Absolutely Awesome price! Product is exactly as Advertised and if you have any questions you can actually get a real person on the phone! They even followed up and called me back the next day to make sure that everything with the set up went well and see if they were any further questions they can answer. Customer service at this level just simply doesn’t exist anymore I will be buying all of my computer products from the seller moving forward! Just as an FYI I’m the president of a company that builds communication systems so needless to say I’m not very easily satisfied from what people tell me. So trust me when I say use this seller and you won’t be disappointed!!

We worth the money for a lower end PC. – I purchased this Dell Optiplex with Web Camera and wireless Philips Keyboard and Mouse as an inexpensive alternative for an elderly couple’s HP 2100 Series All-in-One whose HDD had crashed after 8 years of use. Of course, these folks … 91 and 85, knew nothing about backups little less being able to remember passwrds and account codes and never changed their accounts when phones or addresses were updated. So setup has been a real challenge as is the difference between Windows 8 and 10.

Renewed is the way to go! – May not be the most fair review because I have not used it much yet… just my husband, and he’s enjoying it very much! It arrived fast, and the accessories were brand new, not the highest, but high end quality and I am happy with their functionality.. The monitor is quite impressive and the computer itself; looks perfect, no scuffs or anything whatsoever.. it has served us very well and meets our needs completely, exceeds our expectations, and we could have paid $800-$1000 for the exact same computer, with the same operating system, same size processor, same speeds, same everything besides that this particular one is pre owned, gently used, and then thoroughly inspected and cleaned… I 110% trust Amazon renewed everything! I don’t know that I will ever buy anything brand new again… Unless of course I needed something that had features or other specifications only available in the newest and most advanced systems, and it has not yet become available in pre owned/renewed or refurbished conditions… Our last 10 or 12 major purchases were made through Amazon renewed, over the last 8 or so years, and we have been very satisfied with every one of them, from phones to tablets to our washer and dryer. Small appliances and large… Everything has lasted at least as long as they should have and we don’t break the bank on replacements.
