Be sure to check device specs – I selected the options for 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage and they sent one with with 12 of RAM and 256 of storage instead. If I hadn’t checked it probably would have been way after the return deadline when I would have hit the storage limit and found out. After starting it up, there was a weird BIOS message about the memory being changed, so this order seems very sketchy. And on the side of the box where the specs are listed the number next to the memory has a 12 pasted over it.

Great Machine for my Needs – I had an HP with limited memory and could not do even the simplest things without waiting for the computer to load the application or save the data. It was all related to Microsoft’s lousy software maintenance that wastes storage space. TO solve the problem I had to add memory so I decided purchase a machine with 32 MB of RAM. The Dell machine is great. The Microsoft operating system is a pain in the ass everything is set to be saved to the cloud on Microsoft’s One drive. I turn that feature off and next time it is back again. Dell GREAT. Microsoft SUCKS!
