was ok shipping was ruff – the computer showed up the box looked like it went through a war zone. there were no institutions with it and the computer has issues connecting to the internet. but it arrived with dents and scraches there was nothing in the box to where i could call for help or ask questions had to fend for myself for putting it together and trying to figure out why the internet wouldn’t work

Some Installation Required – The computer came without the video card installed and the HDD not plugged-in, so I obviously had to take care of those issues. To their credit CyberPower PC did mention this in the “Read This First” paperwork included but no mention of this in the technical specs or computer description online before I purchased it. Another issue was that the operating system (Windows 10 installed on a 1 TB SSD) would not recognize the 4 TB HDD. I could see it in the “Disk Manager” but could not do anything…Create a partition, format the drive, etc. After a couple of hours of searching the web for answers and drawing on my computer support experience (Over 20 years ago), I managed to find a solution and was able to partition the drive, format it and now it works fine. All this being said, the unit appears to be a quality build but if you don’t have much experience “Opening the Box” or poking around operating systems and the using the “Command Prompt” you might want to look elsewhere.

Larger than anticipated – So far so good! Plugging things in wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be, it probably took me longer to figure out where to put the thing. But it has the speed to match the size! This is way faster than my Xbox.

Ran good for 2months then the GPU and mobo must be bad display shuts off on any game and crashes – The GPU 6700 xt had no display and constant crashing Bluetooth on motherboard didn’t work either

4/5 review for inconsistency – Its a great computer dont have any probsThe only thing is its very inconsistent one of the mouses was broken but they replaced it with a razor mouse in the box. Also there was small damage here and there nothing major.

Great pc for the wife – This pc works very well and is all sorts of pretty, the only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the shroud on the back of the pc is just a bit off center and in order to get any of the wires to connect, I had to alter it a bit. But that was the only problem. Other than that, I was very impressed.
