Customer Service is Outstanding – Update contacted support and after trying to get it to work, they are sending a replacement will finish update once it arrives. The replacement arrived a week later and so far has had no issues and is performing great. The only concerning thing is the processor is not supported as a part of the Windows 11 upgrade.
