BMAX Y13 13.3″ 2 in 1 Convertible Laptop, FHD(1920 x 1080) Touchscreen – I am so pleased with this 2 in 1, I returned 2 other ones previous to this one because they were extra slow and non existence audio, even though they were GOOD Brands, One of them stop working after 40 days! anyhow this beauty is sturdy, somewhat light, the screen resolution is great for my needs ( emphasis on for MY needs )

Pretty nice laptop – This is a very nice budget laptop. I bought it as a secondary laptop to use in conjunction with a primary ‘workhorse’ laptop and it excels at that role. It is flexible, reliable, and with good battery life usually lasting to about 5h 15 min per charge. I hoped for a bit more battery life at 1080p, but its still nice. The screen covers a majority of the upper plate and is very nice to not have excessive borders on all sides. It can open 360° and works well in conjunction with a stylus as a writing tablet.

Good customer service – My laptop broke down, and after contacting customer support through Amazon, I am returning my laptop for a replacement. Customer support sent me different tips to help me see if we could fix the one I already purchased. After still not being able to turn it on, I’ll be getting a replacement. Two things I suggest to anyone getting any electronic product from any company: if possible, buy the warranty. It can really come in handy. And if needed, talk to the customer support. They know more about their electronics than anyone.

Screen flickers – I have ordered 3 of these and my kids like them. They use them for college. 2 of them work great but the third one started having issues. The screen flickers and you can’t see what you are doing. I have tried to get in contact with the company on their website like it says and the only way is to email. I have not gotten a reply! Just my luck to get a bad one out of all the others!

Good quality, very fast, not the best battery. – Very nice laptop. Compact and lightweight. Still learning how to do different things. I need to figure out how to get the pen to work with it. And I haven’t learned how to lock the keys in tablet mode yet. It’s fast when loading apps and with web browsing. Had a screen glitch today and it froze. I turned it off and back on and let it finish it’s updates. After the restart it has been working very well. Keep your charger with you. If you plan on using it for conference or video calls you will only have about a hour to a hour and a half. That’s with the keyboard light off and the screen dim. That said, for the price, it’s great. I would buy it again if I broke it. Make sure you pay attention to the lack of USB ports, HDMI, and a number pad on the right of the keyboard in case that matters to you. There are adaptors you can get for those ports.

fit in my Purse for business traveling or work in the field – I have been looking for a small laptop for use when I am in the field for business or traveling- small enough to fit in my purse, big enough for using all the program for real estate business, but not too expensive (I won’t feel too bad if I lose it out about.). This one is perfect. I have been carrying it around almost 2 weeks and wrote a few urgent contract in the field. It is fairly reliable. I did run into a problem-the charger was not too easy to plug in, I called the seller, I got a new one within a few days, which works perfect. The touch screen works perfect when I use this one as a tool to watch some video for fun. However, there is small bubble on the top left side. I decided to let it go since it is not shown when the screen is lit up.
