   Network adapter is crap – Only a couple weeks after buying the network adapter just disappeared. Reinstalling the driver didn’t work, nothing worked until I found a solution on Reddit that said to hold SHIFT + POWER until the machine shuts down. When it rebooted, the network adapter was working again. Hopefully this isn’t an ongoing issue.

   Battery was not charging when i receive the laptop.once I get a replacement – Latop was not functional when I recived it. They battery was not charging and laptop would instantly die off power. I am currently filing for a replacement, if it goes through I would update my rating

   Good laptop, but product info is not correct – The laptop (G14) is a good platform has good all around specs this is my 1st Ryzen CPU and all i can say is wow! That being said the listed CPU is a 7 series 4800 the one I received is a 5800, cant complain about that as the newer CPU is preferred , the screen is listed as a 120hz , its 60hz. Also i feel like this is a used product the packaging looks like its used/opened before? also a lot of hard drive space has been used this might be bloat ware from ASUS IDK ? but i would say its a good all purpose laptop that seems to work well. If you looking for a 14 incher this is a good one. Try a different seller though.

   Good laptop, but product info is not correct – The laptop (G14) is a good platform has good all around specs this is my 1st Ryzen CPU and all i can say is wow!    Quirky, but an amazing value. – The g14 is an amazing laptop for the money, all the power you could want with none of the sacrifices. It has some quirks though like having to enable a Dolby profile to relize the full potential of its well above average speakers, or having to hibernate/reboot the laptop every 2 charge cycles to match the 10 hours of light use it should get, or even needing to install a 3rd party app to reign in the loud at idle fans. The listing might say touch screen or 144hz for the base model but that is not the case, the 60hz non touch panel it actually has is a little dim, but with some very good colors. Not something I can use outside comfortably but for indoor media consumption it’s very nice, especially with how nice the built in speakers are. As for prefomance its well equipt to play any games at it’s 1080p resolution at 60hz, and while the fans get a bit loud, there are seemingly no thermal throttling issues. The build quality is good but not exceptional, it’s solid but you can tell with things like the plastic bottom panel that it’s not a MacBook but it still manages to feel more then sturdy. Over all it’s a great laptop for the money, if you address those quirks I mentioned above

   Battery life is not as advertised… – I have absolutely no problems with this laptop, except for the battery life. Brand new, from the first use, I am able to only get about 2 hours worth of battery life, I have tested this without running any programs, and same results…. Not even close to the battery life advertised. I’m going to buy a replacement C41N1908 battery to see if that changes anything.

   Not sure if youshould go for this one or change to Mac and their new M1 chips – If you compare this to other Windows laptops, this is a beautiful, ultra-lightweight, ultra-portable one. But even in that comparison, you have an important “but”. Consider that I am using the basic configuration: AMD 4800HS, GTX 1650 with 60HZ display. Playing only League of Legends, viewing HD movies and videos, and also working in Data Science.

    Perfect laptop – I wanted a laptop that was perfect for the kind of gaming I do, And this one has went above and beyond my expectations. I have had this laptop for a few months now, And have no complaints. The finger print scanner on it is really cool, And allows me to access my computer more quickly instead of typing in a password. This laptop is also quiet, And I find my games load alot faster then my friends (Who are using PC’s). This was well worth the price, And highly recommend this laptop for anyone who wants to have a gaming laptop that can also work as an office laptop.
