Blown Away – Wow, just wow. Such an improvement! Went from a Dell Inspiron 17.3 inch screen to this 17.3 inch bad boy.

Love it. – It’s not touchscreen obviously but I wanted to give this 5 stars. I am going to be traveling for work a lot and instead of bringing a huge console with a monitor and all that junk I figured a beefy laptop might be a good idea. So far it is everything I imagined and more, easily runs any game I throw at it with phenomenal FPS and performance. That being said this IS a gaming laptop meaning 1. It’s gonna get loud 2. To get the best performance you’re probably gonna need to plug it in. The sound quality is honestly way better than I expected, it’s not MacBook Pro quality but if your planning on gaming or editing you’ll probably have headphones anyway. Touchpad is good and is able to be turned off completely if your using a mouse and don’t want to bump it. Screen is fantastic in my opinion and the laptop itself is very easy to upgrade if your into that, I have zero experience and have already added a Samsung 980pro 2 TB memory stick and it’s was simple and works wonders. To be clear my model is the G733ZS (i9 12900H/3080 1tb of storage) in case this review ends up on a different product

Outstanding – Crushes anything I throw at it, not a fan of windows 11 but that can be remedied. The main thing is that it has a much better cooling system than previous ROG laptops. Some of the previous models would get so hot that it would burn you if you left it on your lap for too long. This one has a much better fan system that will even out the heat then run quiet. The display is the best I’ve ever seen on a laptop, better than most desktop displays. If you can find one, buy it. I got this for a little over 2K and I’m sure it will be even cheaper once the 4 series comes around.

If it weren’t defective it would be great, I’m sure. UPDATED: ASUS finally made it right! – Attention! – This review is more a reflection of my experiences and interactions with Asus customer support than it is a review of the (defective) notebook.
