More Chinese crap sold by Amazon – cannot believe how incredibly slow this junk is, if it will load at all, do not waste your money

Amazing fast chromebook, sound quality needs improvement – I have now had this chromebook for 8 months and absoutley love it. With Chrome OS combined with the AMD RYZEN peocessor it is as fast as any windows with an i7. I also am a photographer and view lots of high res images and it has no problem at all. To be honest it preforms better than a windows computer with an i7. If you want a fast, simple, reliable everyday computer consider this.

One fine Chromebook. It is a bit heavier than I expected, but, for my use, it works out just fine. – Really nothing to say that I dislike about the CBook. I’ve owned a number of them before. As I mentioned in the headline, the weight is heavier than I expected, but I don’t carry it around all day. It does seem to “hang up” when I am on some sites, but that appears to be the site loading Adv. after Adv. while I am trying to read something. I am going to add an Ad-blocker to cut that delay back. It’s a shame the advertisers are killing the golden goose(geese) by over-loading every page with more and more interruptions. The CBook is great for me.

Sound is garbage – I don’t know what was wrong with my particular unit, but the sound was awful, full of static and rattling. Hopefully not typical of the product, but sound quality was the main reason for choosing this model.

What a great device could not be happier – I’ve always been a Windows guy for PCs since Windows 3.0. Can you imagine that? And always Android since my first Motorola back in the day. This is my first dive into a Chromebook which I have been tempted to try for some time. I had been concerned about performance and the learning curve but a reason came up to give it a try.
