Could have been 5 stars – Condition of iPad was what I expected cosmetically. There was some dirt stuck on the back of it, but easily cleaned off. No cracks or screen issues. But to say the device is fully tested…. Well that can’t be 100% true. Upon receipt, I started charging the ipad and getting it ready to my son. Updated to the latest iOS 15.6. Logged it to my sons Apple ID, downloaded all of his apps and left it to charge overnight. Next morning when setting up the YouTube kids app, started playing a video and had no sound. Then I realized the iPad thought it had headphones plugged in…… looking into this I noticed that there was part of a headphone plug broken off in the jack. 1 hour of carefully digging with a small sewing push pin, I got 2 pieces out of the jack, and now the iPad has sound. So it is pretty obvious this device wasn’t 100% tested / renewed or this would have been caught.

Great gift – Got this for my elderly mother who said she probably wouldn’t use one. She uses it every day now as it is much easier for her to see than her phone is.

Happy to Find! – I wasn’t sure about a refurbished product but couldn’t pass up the chance for a new iPad at such a low and reasonable price. I would highly suggest buying iPads this way even if money is no object. So pleased not to have spent the money for a new one.

Excellent! – Arrived earlier than expected! In excellent condition, looks like new!! Charged immediately, beautiful colors, definitely worth the price!!! Battery takes a little longer to charge than my cell phone but is sure faster than my old Apple Mini IPad!!! So well pleased and having a previous Apple IPad made setting it up so easy!! Will never buy a new one again!!

Throw away the chargers and cubes! – I ordered 2 of these iPads for my kids for school. Plugged them up to fully charge while I downloaded updates and did the initial setup. Shortly after plugging them up I noticed both devices would beep every 10-20 seconds like the charging would stop and start every few seconds. About an hour later I noticed neither of them were charging even though iPad said they were. Then I started smelling a burning electrical smell. I went to unplug both devices and both cubes were extremely hot. I smelled both cubes and it was clear that is where the burning electrical smell was coming from. I threw away both cubes and used two others I had and the problem went away. I did notice though that it still took significantly longer to fully charge the iPads than it does using actual Apple chargers. For example if one of the iPads is plugged in but still being used it really won’t charge, but with actual Apple charger it charges just fine while still being used. It also takes 5-6 hours to fully charge iPad using cords that were provided vs 2-3 hours using Apple charger. Other than that the iPads are in good condition. They came with screen protectors on which is nice, though I think they do that because it hides surface scratches on the actual screen making it appear as if it has a flawless screen. But for the price, I can’t really complain.
