Best refurbished product for my money – I would 1000% reccommend this product for anyone looking to purchase an apple macbook. Had issues my first order but, after sending it back and getting a replacement everything was taken care of effectively and quickly. Overall, great experience!!!

Be prepared to do a clean install of Mac OS – The condition of the laptop was fine, except for a corner ding on the edge of the screen lid, no other scratches or dents. The laptop did not come factory reset so I had to perform a clean installation of Mac OS. The refurbisher did wipe the computer but made the username and password 1234… How stupid is that. To be honest, next time I think I would pay $300 more for a factory new one but it’s nice to see that MacBooks hold their value.
