GREAT BUY!!! – For a refurbished item, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The 12.9 inch tablet that I ordered included a thank you card with a 90 day guarantee and a phone number for Technical Support. You will also receive a charger and a key to insert a sim card into your device. The tablet that i received was flawless and arrived in a bubble wrap “cocoon” at 57% charge. The tablet i ordered came with wifi and cellular service, so i went to the closest T Mobile Store and purchased 10 gigs per month for $35 (per month). The tablet works flawlessly via wifi or cellular service; the tablet I ordered is a second generation iPad, and it is all that I need for surfing the internet. The 12.9 inch tablet does not seem to be a popular model anymore; I went to best Buy to find a sleeve or covering, and I ended up buying a cover via Amazon.

Worked once, waiting on Seller. – You will not reciece original charger and base, only a poor quality, low watt after market, slow charging one. Be prepared to purchase a new charger.

It was exactly what I needed without paying full price – I use my iPad for everything. This iPad works well. I am able to do everything that I wanted to. I’ve noticed that if I use it, I do have to keep it plugged in. The battery seems to die quickly.

Worse than ‘fair’ condition IMHO – Refurbished iPad 12.9 2nd gen was sent and delivered bent (and not from shipping, as the shipping box was not damaged). Condition is worse than I was led to expect based on description. Screen is imperfect due to the bent device; it’s not terrible but is definitely noticeable at times. The iPad Pro 12.9 still works but I was expecting scratches or scrapes, not an iPad that was bent in the middle as if somebody sat on it or otherwise put too much weight on it. While the device works, it is worse cosmetically (bend is very noticeable and serious in my opinion) and functionally (bend affects screen by causing a lighted area near the bend when screen should be dark, and the bend may impact my ability to add a keyboard) than is acceptable for a refurbished unit that is supposed to function normally. It should have been sold as poor condition rather than fair condition IMHO. I do not feel like I got a good deal (or was provided completely accurate information about the condition) and would not buy the same unit again, but the unit does function and it is not completely terrible. I hoped I would receive a ‘good’ or at a minimum ‘fair’ unit for the ‘fair’ price that I paid, but I got a ‘poor’ unit rather than ‘fair’ one in my view.
