      Looked brand new and worked great except for the battery life – When we received the iPad, it looked like new. No scratches or wear of any kind. It was easy to set up and seemed to work fine.

      Great dervice – We had to return the Ipad purchased because the battery did not hold a charge. The seller sent us a prepaid label to return it and within two days received the replacement unit. It seems to hold up much better. It was purchased for my wife’s birthday and i wss disappointed but all ended well after Milo provided great service

Device was wiped which was expected so had to restore the device from the cloud which worked out because all my apps that was on my iPhone, is now on the tablet. Would highly recommend you buy refurbished. This iPad Mini 4 cost $399 on Apple’s site brand new so this is a very good deal here on Amazon!
