If you need a great desktop… – Great computer. Good value. Will probably last me for years. Does have minor blemishes, but it’s was a refurbished item. I got exactly what I expected and faster than expected.

Great iMac, Lousy Accessories – Cosmetically I would give this an 8.5 out of 10. From afar it looks brand new but up close and with good lighting there are a few minor dings on the corners of the casing. The screen is in excellent condition with no dead pixels or scratches. I am currently updating to Catalina which is the latest MacOS version so no issues there. The model I received is indeed the late 2013 model with i5 processor, 16gb ram and 1tb storage. It is running smoothly. Unfortunately the wired keyboard and mouse I received are very cheap, ugly and generic but brand new. Have now spent extra on getting replacements. In fairness it does state that you might receive generic accessories so other buyers should be aware of this. One of the major sticking points for me is that the power cable is not an apple cable. It’s black in color and is very short. I’m concerned a little about where the cable came from and how safe it is. All in all the accessories and cable are a big letdown and actually when you consider this is between 6 to 7 years old, not as good a deal as first thought. The sellers could try harder to obtain original accessories or lower the price a little.

If you’re looking for an affordable option! – It moves significantly slower than the brand new Mac laptop I bought, but significantly faster than the HP laptop I had. But I didn’t buy it for speed. I bought it for storage. And it has tons of it, to hold my large photography files.

Perfect for DAW music studios – I was actually searching for a windows based laptop when I noticed that you sacrifice a lot of power and quality for compact machines. Well, not so with thirds iMac. Only a monitor, keyboard, and a mouse (not really all that much more to carry when compared to a laptop) and tons of speed and storage. Enough to handle my music studio and be easily packed up to travel for a different gig
