Looked to be brand new – This is my first MacBook (never bought due to the price), but after looking at subpar Window computers and tablets of similar price point, I decided to go with this refurbished MacBook just to switch things up. It delivered really fast, and it was sent inside a paper box (not really any padding) but the Macbook looked to be undamaged and in perfect condition. The only thing was a sticker on the bottom with the product code and a green sticker. Other than that, I don’t see any indication that this MacBook was not new. It came partially charged and ready to use, and I was able to set it up in minutes. I updated the OS which took a while, but after that the laptop runs and works just fine. Sometimes I notice a bit of lag, but with 8GB ram and me running multiple windows/tabs to do my work, that is to be expected.
