Fast and easy, with expandable hard drive – I ordered the Acer Nitro 5 in mid-November, 2021, and it arrived at my house in less than 48 hours. I plugged it in, turned it on, and it began setting itself up. In order to do this, I needed to know my Microsoft username and password, but I was able to recover them on another computer. Setup took less than 15 minutes. (Perhaps it would have taken longer if I had opted to upgrade to Windows 11.) The advantage of having to enter my Microsoft login info is that it recovered my Office 2016 from my old computer, without my having to reinstall it here.

get the warranty – (stoped chargeing and wouldnt turn on)i had mine for alittle over a year acer only has a year if that warranty didnt cover it so i did get the 4 year warranty from amazing or what ever that place is called sent it out maybe a day in a half after they said they couldnt repair it so gave me my money back for what i payed for the laptop witch is good but the crappy part is its in an amazon gift card

Charger port issue. – I thought my cord was the issue however after purchasing 3 different cords I belive the charge port is screwed up as if you wiggle the computer the slightest little bit it just shuts off, obviously being a gaming laptop I have it plugged in whenever I’m using it so the battery is pretty much shot. Plus side is parts seem easy to come by. Will update after I replace the charge port and hopefully that solves my issues. Otherwise the nitro 5 runs COD, battlefield 2042 and DAYZ with no issue and high graphics.
