Computer’s ok but there were some problems. – There’s no touch screen functionality and I can’t get the wireless mouse and keyboard to work. There weren’t any written instructions sent with the computer, they might have been helpful.

Subpar display quality – I attempted to use this in a dual monitor setup with a Dell SE27 FHD monitor and the color and brightness were clearly lacking here. The Acer screen is okay on it’s own, but when using it with, I guess, a higher quality screen the whites are noticeably darker with a blue-gray tint. Clarity of text is also not as good. I ran through several iterations of color management settings and and windows clear text wizards with no luck. It’s a bummer because otherwise this would be a great machine.

I ignored it for a bit and then it became more and more throughout the week. I tried to install updates and reset the computer two different times. I made sure the power cord was in securely as well. The problem continued. Then, the last week or so,the screen switched to black then back to normal on and off. The mouse was also not great as it took me multiple times to click on things. I wanted to love it and I gave it almost a full month but for the price I refuse to settle with annoying glitches. Now I just hope Amazon takes it back with no issues. I did contact the manufacturer and they wanted me to send it to them to repair but I refused because a new computer should not need repairs in less than a month.

Not sure on this one yet – I have had this PC 8 days and in that time I have lost the intel WIFI and the screen acts as if someone is shaking it at times and you can not read anything when it does it. I have to reboot to stop it. Amazon is replacing it over night. I do like how fast it is and the monitor is very nice. To bad something inside is making the screen vibrate at times. I spent 2 days setting it up and now I have to do it all over again. I have had Acer PC’s in the past all have been very good. I hope this is just a fluke and my next one doesn’t do this. Will update after I get the next one and see how it does. Amazon is to be commended for being so fast to replace it.

The look of this sleek desktop computer is what first caught my eye… – This arrived two days faster than what was estimated. Bonus! I opened this bad boy up and it looks even more cool in person. The 27″ screen is huge. It’s a vast improvement from my 15″ laptop. It’s very easy to set everything up. You can freely upgrade to Windows 11; which has a built-in virus protector. Bonus two! This computer is fast! I can run three instances of BlueStacks at the same time. Bonus three! BlueStacks is an emulator used on a PC to emulate an android phone. I bought this computer to play games on, and it’s performing way past my expectations. It plays The Sims 4 with the highest graphic settings beautifully. Zero issues with the frame rate. Bonus four! Ive been using this computer for a lil over two weeks now and I’m finding cool new ways to customize this gaming rig. I’m really enjoying learning the bells and whistles of this computer. I’m thinking about buying another one as a late xmas gift, too.
