Great little machine – I had an older desktop computer,it’s a little big on the table and take up a lot of space.Now I use this great small compact computer to replace it. the amazon’s delivery is very fast after placing the order. Open the package,connect the existing monitor and mouse keyboard,sleek design. I was excited to find enough USB ports and one HDMI port for video. In the package,has a new HDMI cable ready to go, so sweet. Powers up very quickly and the interface with Windows 11 is so nice. It only took me about 20 minutes to finish all the settings.I mainly use it for browsing and streaming,never feel like it’s laggy or slow.there is no fan noise.so far so good.happy with my purchase.good value for the money.I love the small footprint and Win 11 work flawlessly.

Not Sure Why This Was Highly Recommended – For the first couple of days this little CPU worked perfectly. Then a storm came through and I had to switch from WiFi to a hotspot on my phone. Crash. Rebooted and tried to update Windows thinking maybe it was out of date (brand new computer by the way). Crash. Connection to WiFi able to be reestablished. Crash. This was all in the span of a couple hours. Not sure if I just got a dud or what, but I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Returning for a refund.

Defective, not going to buy this brand again – Item shuts off, not reboots but shuts down completely when using and I have to unplugged and re-plug it in and the issue isn’t my power as other devices are using it. Also, regular Samsung monitor that I’ve used for years doesn’t recognize it until I reset the monitor, something I’ve never have to do with my work or home machine with the same monitor.

However, a contact with Amazon put me in touch with Pete at AceMagician and after we discussed he agreed to replace the defective unit with a new one. Postage was paid and return was quick. Now, that it is working, I love it. I have to keep checking to see if it is on because it doesn’t make the loud noises of most computers. It processes extremely fast and doesn’t take much space.
