Great for a while… – Was great for almost 8 months until the hatd drive died. Warranty expired in July. If it’s as new as it is supposed to be it should hopefully be worth getting fixed though.

No speakers – I needed a new computer that could easily do video meeting and would have DVD capabilities. I have a great free standing monitor with a speaker system, but no camera. Thought I would retire it and just use the new 17″ computer for everything. (My last laptop was 15 inches.) But no. THERE ARE NO SPEAKERS!!! The picture resolution is also nothing to get excited about. Why have a DVD player? I would return it but when I booted it up and input my basic info, it worked in the background for a few minutes and then started up with my photos moving thru as a screen saver?! What? How? I cannot find any of these photos on the computer and it was not hooked up to One Drive yet. Scary. And it backs up ALL files to One Drive, whether I want to or not. Makes me reluctant to clean it up and return it. I don’t think I can get it back to factory settings and still feel safe that my files are confidential. Would I buy again? Not a chance.

It is almost everything I asked for! – My older computer got peed on by one of my cats when my roommate moved in with his cat. This computer was in my price range with nearly all of the same features, and it came in pink! I am very happy with it! I wish it had a DVD drive, but I am ecstatic with it otherwise.
