Simple fix but Amazon decided not to help me – You know it’s funny the cursor doesn’t work on the computer but for some reason I get into the operating system and probably turn it back on but nobody at Amazon will help me do it so I guess I’m going to return it and get back my money and go make a purchase at Best buy too bad Amazon.
