Blue Screen in a month – Got blue screen more and more frequently until i could rarely do a full boot up. From the troubleshoot boot up screen, I tried restoring setting, revering updates, and restoring to factory settings and only got further errors. I kept booting and rebooting, until i got in long enough to change some settings and delete some programs. My last laptop lasted 8 years. I don’t feel comfortable continuing use with a laptop that started dying so quickly.

Grey letters on grey keys make reading the keyboard difficult – Grey letters on grey keys make reading the keyboard difficult. YOu can not read the keyboard unless you lean over and look straight down. Not an issue if you are a good enough typist that you never have to look at the keyboard – and for typing I can do that. But for special characters or correcting etc. it is a pain.
