No backlit KB – Very quick getting to me. Pretty responsive, though there was a slow-down in Chrome. Biggest issue I have is that it does not have the backlit keys, as advertised. Will probably send it back as a result. I just don’t like being lied to.

Malfunction – I have been using this laptop for a little more than a week now and almost instantly I noticed that the mousepad buttons often stick. Today, the cursor completely disappeared and the mousepad is non responsive. I am currently on a trip and is unable to return at this moment. The laptop is still on warranty so I have reached out to HP to try and get some assistance however they are yet to return my call.
