New or refurbished – Nice condition, but very slow to boot up and takes forever to type, very slow. I understand that it’s refurbished, but for the money, I would have expected better.

Runs SOOOO Slow … VERY frustating (Amazon refurbished product) – I bought this as an Amazon refurbished product. It seems like it is no wonder why this product was returned or otherwise unwanted by someone else … it runs SOOOO slow (out of the box, as provided, without any modification) … VERY frustrating and really NOT worth the reduced cost at all. For instance, I also have a four year old Dell Laptop (that I’m actually using now because the HP suuuuucks) and it runs about 100 times as fast (that is not an exaggeration). I have uninstalled pre-installed applications and done other basic attempts to speed up the processing … but, still, it runs S …. L … O … W … DO NOT BUY!

Slowest laptop I ever worked on – The laptop looked like new, but it was slow. Pulling up the settings took almost 5 minutes. Since it’s a refurbished laptop I thought it might just be the one I got. Returned it for a replacement. The second one I got was even slower. It took over 10 minutes to change one small setting. I never even got on the internet because starting the browser took too long.

I did not read the reviews and made an impulse buy. This was the worse laptop experience I have ever had. I will be returning. Not worth the hassle.

Good value for the price but slow – After several years of not eating a laptop for anything I started a new business venture that requires me to have a laptop. I was looking for something affordable and not too big that would have enough storage. This product checked all those boxes however it is very slow going and it updates constantly. I’ve gotten to a point that when I want to use it I turn it on a 1/2 hour before so that by the time I’m ready it has done everything that it needs to do and it can function the way I need it too.
