Renewed Chromebook? – I’m not sure if there’s a problem with the Acer Chromebook in general, or it’s because this one is a Refurb- We’ve had several Chromebooks, so I’m guessing this is because it is “renewed’ yet still broken. I purchased this for my sister who lives in another city, I’m a bit grumpy that she waited until after the return window closed to start complaining about the problems with this Chromebook. She’s not tech savvy and I guess she thought it was user error, but she brought it along on a visit and this Acer Chromebook is not great, had trouble connecting to wifi and performing updates, but I did get it to work, so I witnessed the issues with it personally- She went home with it and she says it’s asking her to sign in every time she uses it so I know that’s not right- just tons of problems with this one- I purchased a Pixelbook for her previously, and it worked for quite some time… I’m not sure if it is actually dead or she thinks it’s dead, but that was a quality Chromebook – this one, we really did get what we paid for…

No Caps Lock – There is no caps lock on Chromebooks (a search button in the place of caps lock) other than that issue it seemed to work fine I just needed something with caps lock on it

Chromebook – I LOVEED THIS CPU UNTIL THE SCREEN TOUCH SYSTEM WEND BAD. I RETURNED THE ORIGINAL ONE GOT IT REPLACED AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

Great Value – For a refurbished item, it came in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This is a great Chromebook for less than $200. I believe they go for around $400 new. The Bluetooth functionality falls a little short. One pair of true wireless earbuds connected while another pair did not. It could be something with this particular machine. Your Bluetooth may work fine.
