Great for travel – It was cheap and easy to travel with. Compared to my Mac it didn’t have the lovely, clear, picture, but, for the price and the light weight and quick shipping, it was absolutely worth it! It came with me in a backpack trip around Europe.

Great device for the money – This is my first chrome book and being short of funds I decided to try this Acer 3111 refurbished model. It came to me as if brand new. No marks and it performs flawlessly. My only complaint would be to say the screen is one of those that looks different from difference angles so I’m constantly adjusting it. The sound volume is rather low but you can hook up headphones or earplugs thru Bluetooth. There are few ports, a charging port and a USB-C port. There is a wired Ethernet port which seems a waste since this is designed to be portable. There is WiFi and Bluetooth. I wish one of my thumb drives would work but I’ll have to get an adaptor or newer type. The keyboard is fine but can’t be used in the dark unless you are a perfect touch typist. There is a Getting Started Guide on the device, no paper instructions at all. I’m not familiar with chrome iOS so I need to learn it. Overall this seems to be a great buy.
