I don’t read Chinese – So far setting up the computer has been very easy howeverI can’t download my microsoft 365 products because I need the serial number and EVERYTHING is in chinese. Also, maybe I’m missing something but this was supposed to support a dual monitor but there is only 1 HDMI port. How do I set up dual monitor?

Not A Dell – This company puts their parts in a Dell box. Their names on all the stickers and part numbers. Warranty void if stickers removed. Service from them NOT Dell. Faulty ssd failed and I have no way to tell who made it to recover the firmware. Company wants me to send them entire computer and ssd with sensitive personal information of other people on it. I can’t do that so I am out the part. This in addition to all the hassles of the complete system failure oldie to the inferior quality parts they put in the machines.

Size or the lack thereof counts–lots – I do a lot of distance education, virtual workshops, and virtual panel discussions. This little bugger fits nicely on an AV cart and tucks away effortlessly behind the smart TV so I can work from a sofa out back or on the recliner downstairs (I got 2 of ’em) instead of being tied down to my desk. Can also stand and deliver if needed. Connectivity is not an issue as they have beaucoup USB ports.

A lot of computer in a small chassis – These Optiplex Micros are fantastic values for the money when you need a lot of power in a small space. I use these in conference rooms behind big screen TV’s so that the table can use wireless keyboard and mouse, the TV can have a webcam on top via USB, and a presenter can easily access usb for a flash drive if needed. The six-core i5 is very fast, nvme drive is a must, and 8G of ram is all you need for most situations. Will be buying these again.
