Simple, light, foolproof. – Setting up was extremely easy. It’s easier if you already have a Google account. Literally, all you need to do is turn it on and choose your wireless network and enter the password. Then follow a few instructions to set up your computer. Done. My other computer is a MacBook Pro, but it’s nice having this as a backup or for travel.

Exactly What I’d Hoped For – Arrived as promised. This is the second Lenovo Chromebook I’ve ordered. Gave the first one to my daughter who said she loves it. The new one is used primarily by my wife for email, photos and web browsing. Able to have multiple windows and apps running without noticeable slow down. A great operating system and Lenovo provided a great inexpensive laptop with nice features like the touchscreen. Would highly recommend.

Great Chromebook – All I do is email, look up information on the internet, and work a bit with photos. I knew something basic would work for me, and as I have not been happy using Windows for some time I decided to try a Chromebook. This particular one is great. Very easy to set up and use. I am very pleased with the “speed”. It is a perfect size for traveling, but is not so small that the screen and keyboard are difficult for a “senior” like myself to use. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Not worth the price – Coming up on 2 years of usage. Including updates and usual maintenance, starting to fizzle out. The touchscreen no longer accepts my fingertips while game playing. The battery life us excellent but don’t rely on heavy gaming like I did. Camera not good when uploading to youtube; ratio aspect automatically changes. I like it but frustrated that it’s on the fritz. It reboots automatically after the last update. It’s bulky. When you lay it flat to work or start bending it, the hinges squeak. Thinking of donating it.

OS not compatible with what we needed – Doesn’t have the appropriate OS for my son to play Roblox Studio, which is the main reason we got it. Apparently most Chromebooks can, but not this one.

Ship with a different company! – I liked that the inner box that had my Chromebook in it was VERY sturdy. I like the changes & upgrades Google has made to the Chromebook! It is one AWESOME computer! It was very easy to set up & link with my phone.
