Not a touch screen – I thought this was a touch screen..i bought it refurbished..the seller rudely said, it said no where that this was a touchscreen..i just kept it..but it feels sort of flimsy and cheap and the screen images seem a bit outdated..but for the price it wasn’t bad..just not what i expected..would not purchase this item again..

Looks brand new and never used. seems a bit slower then my higher end computer but maybe just start up issues. certainly seems like a good value and with a 90 day return window seems like a good chance to try it out…..so far pleased.

Great screen – I bought this refurbished and week later saw brand new same price at Walmart . I could have returned but its works well so decided to keep. When I received, no charger or user guide included so be sure to check. If cant get it with charger. Go to Walmart! No problem for me as had another HP laptop and charger same. For manual, went online and downloaded.

It’s pretty good – All good accept for the storage space being a little low. I have to delete alot for updates. you can get hardrives and whatever tho I think and that helps. I can play sims 4 smoothly base game. The part that sucks is when you start adding too much cc and or too many extension packs it runs slow and crashes some times because of low disk space. so something to keep in mind that’s the reason I got the computer an it dose work I just have to watch the cc and packs so it’s not to much for the computer and delete what I don’t use. not a big deal. For a big gamer tho who needs more out of it id invest in something a little better. This ofc is no shade to the computer. It’s good for the price just not as much space as I needed for my gaming really. No big deal though.
