Great Chromebook, but has Zoom issues – I love the versatility of this Chromebook. Having a 10 key pad is a plus, because I like entering grades using a 10 key pad. Only one draw back: issues with Zoom. If you want to share your screen, you will no longer be able to see participants or the chat box until you stop sharing.

Outcompetes my MacBook – I’m happily giving this product a 5 star review. After purchasing a MacBook Pro in August 2021 for well over $1300, it died after 6 months of moderate to light use. I lost a few months work that I had failed to properly back up, and while the repair was covered under warranty, I purchased this Chromebook to complete several projects with looming deadlines.

Very Nice – Works great after getting use to Chromebook instead of windows pc. Did go to Acer and get manual which helped a lot. Everything working fine, quick, good resolution, just using for some basics and like the privacy and no constant updates need to fix whatever and slowing down the computer as with windows. This is not a touch screen model so I can’t comment on that. Also, I taped over camera to make sure I’m private. No zooming or video chatting for me. I do have a large screen pc that I use for some other things, do, realy like this Chromebook.

quit working suddenly at only 7 months – I purchased this for my Mother, she uses it regularly, but handles it carefully and it never leaves her house. It quit working unexpectedly one day for no apparent reason. Of course the return window is past.

Good for a laptop in a pinch – I needed a cheap laptop in a pinch just to be able to Zoom and do things on a laptop. Low-quality screen that you will immediately notice with low Nits output. Quick charging and USB-C are always handy especially if you have an Android. I have a Pixel 5 and the integration between the OSs is coming more and more seamless. No where near enough RAM to run too many tabs or apps at the same time and forget about gaming on this laptop… Not upgradable.

Everything I need – My previous Chromebook was damaged beyond repair in luggage while flying. I immediately bought this one and I am just as happy with it as the other. I like that this version has a numerical keypad whereas the last did not, and I missed it. For my purposes, I don’t need anything else. For the money, this is a great value.
