Great Product Especially for the Price – I purchased this product for my son who has been engaged in distance learning activities. The laptop is very lightweight which makes it easy to move around with. He loves the laptop and has been able to complete all assignments using the laptop. There are a few limitations if you are looking for a laptop that can handle many apps and storage. However, great for students and adults who are looking for something easy to work on.

Not the best – The laptop is slow and i cant run streaming apps. It ends up freezing and restarting itself.

Good product – I ended up buying this in a hunch because my previous laptop was so old and broken it wasn’t capable of functioning properly, let alone charging. So when I got this I didn’t expect much considering these laptops are refurbished but it’s actually amazing. Rather than buying this as a simple replacement for the time being I’m actually keeping it as a new functioning laptop now because of how nice the qaulity is. It came on time, the packaging care was very maticulous and well executed in my opinion, there was plenty of protection for the product and it didn’t have a single mark, scratch or smudge when I got it. As for the other reviews on here which I noticed were quite negative, I’d say when you order this, It might be one of those products where it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get something good. I think I just happened to get a good one that was fixed up nice and had fantastic care when being handled so I can’t speak on behalf of everyone. It charges just fine (the charger was in good condition as well, appearing brand new and untouched) the wifi automatically connected, and the USB ports, along with headphones whether wireless or not work just fine. On top of that I’ve had no issues with storage space, even after downloading Google chrome, some pc games, Spotify, and even Hulu. I highly reccomend this to anybody who’s looking for a simple laptop whether it’s for school or just watching Netflix.

But one thing that I should notice that the gb only go up to 6-8gb which is not a lot but it does the job! Would recommend for parents that need portable laptops for their children whether it is online school or just a personal one. If you are looking to edit videos this one is not for you.

how easy to use – this is the first time i have ordered a laptop HP i always had a chrome book .a friend recommended this refurbished HP laptop .Very excited ,it looks brand new ,setup was very easy ,very good price point,i would tell every one .it also has features that the chrome book does not.As always Amazon is the only place to order anything,
